<strong>Enterprise Database Administration</strong>

&#9;<li>Administer multi-tenant architectures (CDB/PDB), RAC, and Data Guard configurations.</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure database uptime, availability, and performance meet enterprise SLAs. Cloud & Hybrid Architecture</li>
&#9;<li>Design and manage Oracle deployments in OCI (Autonomous DB, Exadata Cloud Service, DB Systems).</li>
&#9;<li>Support Oracle databases running in AWS (EC2-hosted Oracle, RDS Oracle where applicable).</li>
&#9;<li>Implement hybrid connectivity strategies (VPN, FastConnect, Direct Connect).</li>
&#9;<li>Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives (lift-and-shift, re-platforming).</li>
</ul>
<strong>Performance & Capacity Management</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Proactively monitor performance using AWR, ASH, OEM, and cloud-native tools.</li>
&#9;<li>Tune SQL, PL/SQL, and database configurations for optimal performance.</li>
&#9;<li>Forecast capacity and storage growth across environments.</li>

<strong>Backup, Recovery & High Availability</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Implement and manage RMAN backup strategies across hybrid environments.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain and test disaster recovery solutions (Data Guard, Active Data Guard).</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure RPO/RTO targets are met and validated regularly.</li>

<strong>Security & Compliance</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Enforce database security standards including encryption (TDE), patching, and access controls.</li>
&#9;<li>Partner with security and compliance teams to support audits and regulatory requirements.</li>
&#9;<li>Implement least-privilege access and database activity monitoring.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Automation & DevOps Enablement</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Develop automation using Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or OCI Resource Manager.</li>
&#9;<li>Integrate database operations into CI/CD pipelines.</li>
&#9;<li>Standardize provisioning, patching, and configuration management.</li>

<strong>AI Tool Integration:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in managing AI-powered database features and other LLMâs</li>
</ul>
<strong>Data Governance & Quality Enablement</strong>

&#9;<li>Support enterprise data initiatives including data cataloging, lineage, and quality controls.</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure database environments align with governance standards and metadata management practices.</li>
&#9;<li>Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data accessibility.</li>

<strong>Operational Excellence</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Provide 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation.</li>
&#9;<li>Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for database operations.</li>
&#9;<li>Proven ability to lead projects, work both independently and in a team environment, take ownership of projects from the beginning to the finish line.</li>

&nbsp;The Accessibility Website Specialist (Contractor) supports the Client's Department of Human Resources in modernizing and maintaining accessible, user-centered HR websites. This role is responsible for ensuring ADA Level AA compliance across both internal (teamtn.gov/hr) and external (tn.gov/hr) platforms while improving content quality, usability, and engagement.<br />
<br />
The position contributes directly to the State Client's digital accessibility goals by identifying and remediating barriers, implementing best practices in inclusive design, and supporting the Centers of Excellence service delivery model. This role differs from traditional web content roles by emphasizing accessibility compliance, governance processes, and cross-functional training.<br />
<br />
This is a time-limited contractor position (9 months), part-time (approximately 25 hours per week), focused on content refinement, accessibility compliance, website modernization initiatives, and graphic design support.<br />

&#9;<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in a complex systems environment.

Our client in in need of an Attorney to support an influx of eligibility appeals, the (Legal Review Attorney) unit is requesting additional support in the attorney capacity to ensure federal timeline requirements can continue to be met with high quality.<br />
<br />
<strong>Description of Duties </strong></span></span></p>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Reviews POAs, authorized representative forms, HIPAA authorizations and other purported representative documents for sufficiency. 25% of total work effort</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare motions and other preliminary legal filings in preparation for hearings and gather information to comply with discovery requests from opposing counsel or appellants. 25% of total work effort</li>
&#9;<li>Research laws, rules, and policies pertaining to Medicaid, prepare Notices of Hearing, and collaborate with Appeal Litigation Specialists to create information packets as evidence for hearings. 25% of total work effort</li>
&#9;<li>Litigate appeals through administrative hearing process, conduct necessary legal research to assist in identifying cases ripe for appeal and draft appropriate appellate documents and pleadings. 25% of total work effort</li>

In this role, you may also be expected to help with workload in either Litigation or Legal Review (whichever area they are not currently in) based on volume and work demands<br />
<br />
<strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs Degree from an accredited college or university</li>
&#9;<li>Juris Doctor from an accredited college or university</li>
&#9;<li>Active License to practice law in Tennessee</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to foster and maintain cohesive working relationships</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to exercise sound judgment</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent organizational skills necessary, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage workload to meet specific timeframes and deadlines</li>
