Meridian Technology Group is seeking a Program Manager.
 

In this role, you will work with a team of approx. 4-6 individuals: Business Analyst, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Change Management.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced set-up and navigate ambiguity if required.

Current Initiatives –
  • Generative AI use cases roadmap
  • VPP DERMS and System of Record Build out.
Description:
  • Roadmap and program milestone set up. Stakeholder engagement and report outs, Team norming and budget planning.
  • Stakeholder engagement, program strategy and present outs, coordinating progress, risk, and impediment mitigation.
  • Track progress and Project planning with team members.
  • Connect weekly with manager.
Experience:
  • 5-7 years' experience
Tools/ Technology:
  • Cloud platform AWS, Snowflake
Certification/other preference:
  • PMP – nice to have- not required.
  • Utilities experience is nice to have.

1. Great communication skills and ability to articulate and present out
2. Be able to run program portfolio and strategy. Bring the team along for clear milestones and progress.
3. Overall planning, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement

1. Utilities experience
2. Budget management
3. Vendor engagement experience

Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree): NA

Location is Portland, OR with Work From Home Flexibility. Consultants should reside in the area or indicate the reason they are willing/seeking to relocate. Also, interested Consultants must indicate they are willing to relocate at their own expense as this position does not offer relocation assistance.
